Cave bias in the history of humankind.


 

Caves are a historical treasure for two reasons: 


1. People lived in caves 

2. After a few hundred thousand years, bones disintegrate if they are not in a cave. 


Unfortunately, that gives the impression that humanity originated where there are many caves, for example, in East Africa.

 

11 thousand years ago, the sea level rose by about 130 meters, and the sea covered river deltas, the cradle of civilizations. That created the impression that agriculture did not exist during the Ice Age. Although grain farming is relatively recent, vegetables and dates could have been grown along rivers a hundred thousand years ago.
